The company’s Director has instructed Insolvency Practitioners, Rimes & Co, to assist in placing the company into Creditors Voluntary Liquidation.
Whilst the date of Liquidation has yet to be set, Rimes & Co is preparing a report to be circulated to all known creditors to explain the reasons for Liquidation and to estimate the financial position of the company.
